No two CG Stationery Studio invitation suites will ever look the same, and that’s because I create a uniquely collaborative experience for each and every one of my clients, working one-on-one with you until your vision is right there on paper for you to hold.

It’s so nice to meet you!
My name is Cara Gaviorno and I am a Springfield-based graphic designer passionate about using my art to create thoughtfully personalized save-the-dates, invitation suites, signage, table numbers, and more for clients in New England and beyond.
I have five years of experience creating bespoke stationery and will carry you from start to finish through an exciting, fun-filled custom design process. I love all things weddings and watercolors but can create custom designs for any and all occasions/personal styles!

The Journey
My 5-step process, from initial consultation to print.

Consultation
First, we chat! Tell me all about what you and your partner have envisioned for your big day, and don’t leave anything out! Those small, romantic details are what help me create something truly meaningful for you.
We can do this consultation on Zoom, on the phone, or over a cup of coffee if you’re in the Western, MA area! Convenience is the point of custom design, so you tell me what works best. This is also where we’ll take a look at some samples!

Initial Designs
I’ll take what I learned during our consultation and create 3 designs for you to choose from. This is where you sit back and relax! No reason to worry about the mailing timeline or how to word your wedding invitations — I’ll take care of it all and keep us on track.
You will let me know which design catches your eye the most, and that is the one we’ll start revisions on.

Revisions
Time for you to * temporarily * put your designer hat on and let me know if there’s anything specific you’d like to change or add. This is where some collaboration comes in — and you can choose to be as hands-on or hands-off as you want! I prefer to do this part over the phone or on Zoom.

Yay, we did it! The moment that you are as happy as you can be with your stationery is the moment I send it off to print.
And now . . . we wait to see the final design printed on beautiful shimmer or felt card stock. I always ensure the quality of your stationery before it goes to you for assemblage & mailing, so once it gets my final approval, you can finally hold the long-awaited product in your hands!

The fun isn’t over!
Once invitations have been mailed out to your guests, we can start thinking about reception stationery. Signature drink signs, seating charts, and table numbers are a good jumping-off point.
